그럼에도 불구하고 대표님은
통제가 아닌 ‘성장 시스템’으로 이 리스크를 관리하고 계셨습니다.
이번 미팅에서는 엔터 산업 트렌드와 사업 모델 구조에 대해
상호 교류했습니다.
특히 연 매출 200억 이상 배우 매니지먼트 기업, ‘나무엑터스’의 감사보고서를 함께 살펴보았습니다.
이를 통해 엔터사의 수익 구조가 단순 매니지먼트에 머물지 않고, 드라마 촬영보다 광고 촬영이 더 중요한 수익원이 될 수 있다는 점을
다시 한 번 확인할 수 있었습니다.

Yesterday, I visited Ondol Entertainment in Gangseo, Seoul,
which operates a community of over 1,900 actors.
CEO Sunwoo Baek is not only an active actor herself,
but also deeply committed to the long-term growth of junior actors.
She provides free support such as
– acting coaching
– video production guidance
– practical, on-set skills
so supporting actors can continue building sustainable careers.
The entertainment industry inherently carries high “people risk.”
Yet Ondol manages this risk not through control,
but through a structured growth system.
During our meeting, we exchanged views on
industry trends and business models,
and reviewed the audited financials of Namoo Actors,
a leading management company with over KRW 20B in annual revenue.
It reinforced a key insight:
in entertainment, advertising projects often generate more value than drama productions.
I was grateful that Ondol showed strong interest in DCG’s
8-week Speech & Leadership Training Program,
designed from my experience as a Top Graduate and Certified Coach of Dale Carnegie (Class 498th).
